How we use your application data When you apply for a role, RoboGenius collects the details you give us (your name, contact details, résumé and cover note) so that we can assess your application, contact you about it and, if you are hired, prepare your onboarding. Your data is seen only by the people involved in hiring for the role. We do not sell it or share it with third parties except service providers who help us run our hiring process. If your application is unsuccessful, we delete or anonymise your data after the retention period, unless you have asked us to keep you in our talent pool for future roles. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw your consent, by replying to any email we send you about your application. This notice is provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
